  • We place our beehives deep in the heart of takayna / Tarkine rainforests, for extended periods, allowing our bees to collect nectar from the blossoms of a diverse range of rainforest plants. These floral sources include Leatherwood (Eucryphia lucida); Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium); and various Flowering gum species (Eucalyptus).

    Like all pure, raw honey our Tarkine Wilderness honey will naturally crystallise over time with a fine, even crystal. Simply enjoy as is, or to reliquefy, gently warm the honey by placing the jar in a 45ºC oven. See more on crystallised honey here.
