  • Rich in antioxidants and renowned for its floral complexity and flavour. The wild rainforests of Tasmania’s remote west coast are the only place in the world where the rare Leatherwood tree (Eucryphia lucida) grows.

    Like all pure, raw honey our Tasmanian Leatherwood honey will naturally crystallise over time with a fine, even crystal. Simply enjoy as is, or to reliquefy, gently warm the honey by placing the jar in a 45ºC oven. See more on crystallised honey here.
