OUR STORY
Like all good stories, it started with a journey.
A trek through the pristine rainforests of takayna / Tarkine wilderness, on Tasmania’s rugged and remote north-west coast to, quite literally, the Edge of the World — where the Southern Ocean charges ashore.
On a quest to disconnect from the raucous noise of modern life and reconnect with the quiet, melodic hum of nature. To rest, recharge and regenerate — to bloom again.
Breathing in the towering eucalypts and lush green ferns came the realisation that nature is a kind of book. When we open our eyes to it, we find its pages filled with lessons on how to adapt, heal, and renew — about collective effort in order to offer protection, sustenance, and support to the wider community. Each element with an essential role to play.

Edge of The World
A fortuitous stop on the journey home, to taste the produce of a local beekeeper, led to a revelation. It was like nothing I’d ever tried before – natural, pure, and regionally distinct; these were honeys that spoke of their environment.
Thus, an idea began to germinate. That by working in union – beekeeper, merchant, and consumer – we can become better custodians of honeybees and make use of their resources in ways that enrich their lives as well as our own. It’s a well-known fact that, without bees, the natural cycle of life might well fall apart.
Carefully considered, curated, and crafted, with a commitment to working in harmony with the ecosystems from which we benefit.
We are a brand for honey lovers who beelieve in the wonder of nature.
