we do as little as possible
From hive to jar we keep handling and processing to a minimum to deliver pure, premium-quality honey as nature intended.
During processing our honey undergoes minimal heating, never exceeding 45ºC. This meticulous low-temperature approach preserves the intricate floral essences, flavonoids, and bio-active compounds inherent in honey, thus safeguarding both its flavor and health-enhancing properties.
We beelieve that the honey in your jar should be a reflection of the land it came from.
